After lunch, prepare for a half day city tour to see and explore the splendid charm of the historical monuments, sky kissing cosmopolitan structures, cultural and heritage places in KL.  Day 02: Afamosa Resort Breakfast at the hotel, after check out for transfer and check in at A’Famosa Resort where you can experience the water theme park called Water World, the wildlife safari that is home to more than 100 species of animals called Animal World Safari, and the Cowboy Town that features various entertainment outlets such as restaurants, shopping village, etc. Rest of the day will be free for your leisure activities or you may tour around the area.


Day 03: Departure – Kuala Lumpur (B) Breakfast at the hotel. Free and easy with own leisure or shopping before check out hotel. Then transfer to the airport to connect flight onwards to your journey. Day 02: Cameron Highlands After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Cameron Highland sightseeing. You will discover one of the wonders of Malaysia and the largest famous hill resort in the country. It is the leading producer of flowers & tea in Malaysia. Be prepared for the “must see” tea plantations like the Boh Tea Plantation, the lovely sight for extraordinary flowers you won’t see flourishing anywhere in Malaysia, the Strawberry farms & vegetable farms that can be found everywhere in the area, and the Time Tunnel Gallery which is the local museum depicting the history behind Cameron Highlands. After taking a stroll on this beautiful and luxurious place, transfer back to hotel.

KUALA LUMPUR TOWER Poised atop Bukit Nanas, the Kuala Lumpur Tower is a major landmark in the city. This communications tower stands at 421m. It is situated within the Bukit Nanas Forest Reserve. The Tower is the sixth Tallest Telecommunication tower in the World. It is also the only tower in the world to be situated in a forest reserve, at the heart of the city. NATIONAL MUSEUM The Country’s premier museum is repository for the national’s rich heritage and history. Build in 1963, the façade features a Minangkabau-styled roof with two impressive front murals. The museum showcases for main galleries with highlights such as traditional musical instruments, ceramics form the Ming Dynasty, Vintage cars and steam comomotive. SULTAN ABDUL SAMAD BUIDLING One of the most prominent and distinguished landmarks of KL, the Sultan Abdul Samad Building is an enduring attraction amidst the rapidly changing city skyline. Build in 1987, the building was named after the reigning monarch at the time. The stately edifice served as the government administrative building during the British era. Constructed entirely of brick, it boast a Mahometan or Neo-Saracen style with an imposing porch, graceful arches, shiny copper domes and a 41.20m High clock tower. Kuala Lumpur traces its origins as a mining outpost for the tin trade in the 1800’s.  



DATARAN MARDEKA (MERDEKA SQUARE) This is a good starting point to explore the city‘s heritage sites. On 31 August 1957, the Union Jack was lowered here to mark Malaysia’s independence from colonial rule. Hence the name, Dataran Merdeka, which means “Independence Square” in its heyday, the square used to be the venue for parades, cricket matches and other important occasions. Today, this historic heart of KL is preserved with beautifully manicured lawns, terraces and fountain. It is the ideal backdrop for photography, Adjacent to Dataran Merdeka is the Royal Selangor Club, a mock- Tudor structure with an interesting history. The 100m high flagpole at Dataran Merdeka is reputedly the tallest in the world.  



ISTANA NEGARA (NATIONAL PALACE) This resplendent mansion is the residence of His Majesty the King of Malaysia. Although it is not open to visitors, the daily changing of guards and immaculate landscaping make it a popular location for photography. NATIONAL ART GALLERY Browse through a collection of paintings and sculptures created by local and international artists. Touring exhibitions and experimental work are held from time to time. The gallery has a unique spiral passageway that provides an opportunity to view the art works from various levels and angles. KL LAKE GARDENS A refreshing enclave at the heart of the city, the KL LAKE GARDENS sprawls over 200 acres. Build around two lakes, the garden has vistas of exotic blooms and luxuriant foliage. Jogging and walking trails are available. Within the environs, lie several parks and gardens. MASJID JAMEK (JAMEK MOSQUE) Hailed as KL’s oldest surviving mosque, Masjid Jamek was build in 1909 and officially opened by the then Sultan of Selangor. Its design was inspired by Mogul architecture with cupolas, Minarets and arched colonnades, Just minutes away is Masjid India, Showcasing southern Indian architectural elements. Kuala Lumpur means muddy estuary as it was established at the confluence of the Gombak and Klang Rivers. Masjid Jamek sits on this very location.  


PETALING STREET (CHINA TOWN) Petaling street or Chinatown is a lively stretch of shops, restaurants and hawker stalls. It is one of KL’s best-known shopping spots offering an assortment of watches, accessories, clothes, crafts and souvenirs. The streets are lined by buildings, clan houses and temples which stand as testament to the citys arcgutectural heritage.
